terms of service

PAYMENTS

ONE. All payments are made in Paypal as USD. A 5% sales tax will be added to all commissions.
TWO. All payments must be given in full. Commissions will start only when payment is given.
THREE. If we are unable to finish the product, you will recieve a refund. Unfinished products that are tune/timed will recieve a partial refund.
FOUR. Refunds are not acceptable after recieving the finished product.

DEADLINES/DELIVERY

ONE. We have the right to deny any commission.
TWO. This page only offers full package or mix/master only commissions. For tune/time only commissions please refer to Lia 리아's twitter.
THREE. Unless a hard deadline is given, commissions are not first come first serve. We will contact ASAP if there are any delays.

CREDIT & USE

ONE. Unless specified as commercial, all works will be percieved as personal use.
TWO. Commercial use applies for any work that will be monetized. For example: streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) Youtube monetization, and/or multiple uses on Twitch or other streaming sites.
THREE. In no way do we allow any of our work to be used for NFTs, AI, or other sources of cryptocurrency.
FOUR. Please make sure to credit us for the following:
